HOW GOD FIXED ME AFTER A TRAFFIC ACCIDENT
I worked for a labor hire Company many years ago in Auckland, New Zealand. Clients would ring and ask for a certain number of labourers for a particular day. ‘The Company truck took us out to the various sites early in the morning, and picked us up at the end of the day. On the day of the accident I was in the back of the truck with a lot of other guys, having just been picked up from a building site.
I did not see how it happened but our truck collided with another vehicle in the middle of an intersection. My right arm was slammed against the steel tray of the truck. We all climbed out of the truck and I began to feel very sick. I walked to the footpath and sat down leaning against a wall. I was a Christian at the time and I started talking to God about how bad I felt. Later I realized it was shock. One of the guys came up to me and said, “There is an ambulance over there Ross.” Straight away I knew that was where I should be.
The ambulance people did not know who I was and at first were not going to take me in. When I started dry retching they realized I had been hurt in the accident. They lay me on a bed in the ambulance. The medic lifted my right arm and I saw a wound, and a 30 cm wide flow of blood moving around my arm under the skin. He put my arm down and under the blanket. When he did that I suddenly saw a ball of white light…
