Maybe I should apologize for using the term self indulgent. I get irritated - and I am sure God does also - when Christians ignore the clear instructions of the New Testament. How does going into missions with no task fit with Jesus clear instructions to go - raise the dead, heal the sick, cast out demons, cleanse the lepers - manifest the Kingdom of God. If we love people we will apply the power of God to their lives and needs. We are called to so what Jesus did everyday of His life on earth. bye
