Yeah agree - the leadership ministry of the teacher (part of the fivefold leaderships) is not recognized and utilized enough in my opinion. Many Christians don't have a quality life because of the omission. If part of God's system is omitted we will be the worse of because of it. ( although it's all in our Bibles and can be picked up with serious Bible study)

Allied to that is the omission of 1Corinthians 14:26 "Well, my brothers and sisters, let’s summarize. When you meet together, one will sing, another will teach, another will tell some special revelation God has given, one will speak in tongues, and another will interpret what is said. But everything that is done must strengthen all of you. "

The Holy Spirit wants to address the needs among the people by the input of other Christians, We miss out through rejection of that one also. So, often we have picture theatre Church's where the Christians sit and watch passively having no input at all. No wonder it is easy to fall asleep in Church!!
